Not sure if this is the correct place for this, I assume a moderator will move it if not.

I live in the UK and have been searching for a new Gibson Blueshawk (in blue), they were discontinued this year after 10 years of production. I have finally found one at a store in London, but during my search discovered that there used to be a version with a (Bigsby?) vibrato (Maestro?). These were apparently discontinued in 2001, but the UK importer thinks there might be a chance that a shop somewhere will have one.

Could I ask if anyone in the UK has seen one in the of these, or if they do would they send me a pm?

Has anyone on this forum (worldwide) ever seen or played one, with or without the vibrato, any opinions?

Would really appreciate any help,

Regards

Gary

Thanks again Jim, yes, it is Peter Cook's, can't really make my mind up about getting one or not, a couple of dealers said they didn't sell very well and they had to reduce the price to get rid of them, but there are lot's of write up's saying how good they are. At the end of the day, it is a Gibson, for not much more than the price of an Epiphone and has lots of nice features and is very flexible on sounds.
