What's in my studio?

Korg AX10G - this is absolutely first class, with 11 amp models including VOXAC30 and Mesa Boogie dual rectifier, 11 different modulations including Leslie speaker, and 11 different types of ambience including 5 reverbs and 3 levels of echo, compressor, Wah, and user definable programmes.

Zoom 504 II Accoustic Multi FX - 24 programmes, all user-redefinable, chorus, auto-wah, delay, reverb, synthesised jumbo and 12-string.

Zoom 505 II - electric Multi FX - basically the 504 for an electric with accoustic simulation (really) chorus, flanger, tremelo, distortion control and compression.

Zoom 510 - electric Multi FX - like the 505 but a few extra bells and whistles. The Reverse Delay is out of this world

Zoom 506 II Bass Multi FX - yep, does what it says in the tin. It's the 504 for a Bass, and has some way out fantasy effects as well as flat/ vintage/ slap settings

Zoom 2100 - more of a sampler and loop recorder this one. The jury is still out.

Best,

A :-)

Behringer V-Amp2 is Multi Amp/Speaker Cabinet simulation unit with some FX functions.
It has 32 pre-programmed Amp/Speaker settings with possibilty to change the combinations.
The pro´s are the low price, good Amp/Speaker simulation, ease of use.
Con´s are the not so good FX function, not bad but nothing extra.
I like it a lot for my home use.

I'm not a staff member but hope I'm allowed to mention this (for the record, I own a V-amp2, Boss GX700 and Boss GT8):

People on a small budget really might want to check out the Zoom G2. It runs around $100 and is the modern version of the Zoom 505(II) units. Excellent specs, USB-IO, very decent modeling and capable effects. It'll more then outdo the more older units as the Digitech RP line, Zoom 505(II), Behringer V-amp and such.
