Does anyone play this song? Do you know what key the original recording was in?
All the version I have seen have it in the key of G, but my teacher tabbed it out from the record and he has it in the key of Ab, not that it really matters I was just curious since he has told me he has perfect pitch.
It does sound right when I play along to the CD in Ab though. It sounded like a weird key to me so I thought maybe the were playing in the key of A and tuned down a half step but he said it wasn't.

The studio recording is definitely in Ab. All the live versions I've seen or heard, though, have been in G.
