Under appreciated. The man was a poet and a great musician. His style is instantly recognizeable. I've tried learning a few of his tunes. Loves the alternate tuning. He's bucked the common musical trend throughout his carreer. He is worthy of respect and for my part will be sorely missed.
His "Leader of the Band" still gives me chills.
