Apparently, this site sets up these elaborate acts in public places...I happen to like the frozen it time one

The food court was just plain hilarious and the frozen in time was "cool".
It is a small world for metal fanatics. I welcome you fellow musicians, especially the metalheads!

It's a delight to see that many people still have a quirky sense of fun that doesn't mean the usual dumb pranks that involve giving somebody else a hard time. Really well done too - they weren't easy to pull off without study and rehearsal.
