And the winning bid is.. US $225.00!

Congratulations Dali, way to prove me wrong ;)

I see you've got a Guinness pickguard up there too:

$225 isn't bad......

I like Newcastle Brown, Carlsberg, Glenfiddich and Bushmills - but man, the shipping costs! Oh wait - do I just send the labels?......

Glad you got a good price.....

:D :D :D

if your planning on building more instead of drinking all that whiskey try going to the bar and ask them for their empty bottles they were more than happy to give them away when i was looking for jugs

Yeah, but it wouldn't be very satisfying.

You make me want to drink again!

Thanks everyone! I had a guy contact me about doing a body for his Jazz Bass.

Yeah, the whiskey strats are tough. The beer labels are much easier to come by!

I'm working on two bodies right now if anyone is interested....

#1 is a Squier '51 body - filling the holes and won't have a pickguard. Will still use (and come with) the stock bridge and controls. This one will be a micro-brew beer guitar body

#2, is a standard Fender Stratocaster body. This one will be an "all-American" beer guitar. It will feature the standard american beers: Bud, Bud Light, Coors, Coors Light, Miller, Michelob, Miller Lite, etc...

Great, I am glad it worked out for you. Hopefully that amount made it worth your while. Good work.
