in this tunning how would i play a Dm or even better where could i find a chart of chords for this tuning

Dm can be played as 202000 in that tuning. No idea about where you'd find a chord chart for it.

The FAD of that tuning is a D minor. For chord chart, check out Chord House, you simply "tune" the strings and off you go... 8)
