Apologies for the late posting - I've been working most of the day. For this week's assignment I'd like you to write a song taking the imagery from a specific activity - e.g base-jumping, kayaking, watching TV, drinking beer (or coffee for our temperate members :wink: ) anything you like. However, the song's lyrics should rhyme in an ABAB or ABCB style.
For those not clear ABAB mean the first and third lines (or all odd lines) rhyme and the second and fourth line (or all even lines) of the verse also rhyme.
ABCB supposes a four line verse within which only the second and fourth lines rhyme. However, if youi want to write more than a four line verse extend it so only the even lines rhyme.
Hope that's not too complicated. Let's see where we get to.
