On a carrousel
I watch you eating at the trees and the crooked little houses
As you approach me in the square of a December city
It's a silent waltz that throbs in my ears
With bloodshot eyes, people just disappear
But I am at the heart of the lights' swirl
In a boat or a zeppelin
Forgetting my barren hands over a handful of paint
For I am where the lights blur
And here the dark must falter.
comments always appreciated  need sleep now.
cheers,
straycat.
