I see what you mean, Peter. I didn't mean it to refer to the whole situation/story, i.e. to say "and, afterwards, other stuff happened", but more like a shorthand for the chain of opening eyes -> spell broken (no more stuttering dreams) -> back in the 'real world' which isn't half as scary as the dreamt one, especially considering that (spoilers ahead :wink: ) the persona is only temporarily in the hospital, just to get stitches .. but perhaps remembering earlier experiences, making it feel worse and more of a trap than it actually is for him/her at the time..
