I have tried with might,
To defeat the *angels and demons*,
Who burrow in the hollows of my doubt.

*Hearts and minds* like mine,
bruning wih the passion and drive,
only for many to fall.

Our souls grow weary,
and to the *poorest of the poor*,
as determination starves us.

*Nation after nation*,
all like me,
feel the power fail.

When it takes only one,
to set our message free.
