Phente'rmine was part of the "PhenFen" weight loss, I don't know what to call it so I'll call it a "fad" from a few years ago. When combined with Fenfluramine, it DID take weight off fast. Spam the meat is awesome stuff! It's made out of pretty good pork, too, mostly shoulder meat. All of the Spam imitators I've tried have been pretty rough, though I can eat about anything.
The stuff made out of the slaughterhouse floor sweepings is Potted Meat Food Product. It's not just food, they've taken it to a whole new level! Food Product! I eat that stuff a good bit, too.
