I was looking through the opinion section and found the thread on campfire playing the song Me & Bobby Mcgee was mentioned, I know the song but don't know how to play it and I think it would make for a good lesson.

You can imagine how long the list of lesson suggestions is! Me And Bobby McGee is indeed there, patiently waiting it's turn!

I have a song book with this song and they suggest a Bass strum pattern.
Bass down up,bass down up ect.. (seems to sound good)
