I've been using the following finger for an F chord:

not sure if that is alright or not, but hey.
I believe that's an F# chord, with X X F# Bb C F#
That is, if your numbers are indicating the frets being played, and not the fingers playing them.

Yes it would be F# - but the spelling of F# uses A# instead of Bb (to keep the accidentals right - F# is spelled with all sharps, Gb with all flats)
It's true the notes are enharmonic, but that doesn't mean you can always substitute one for the other... C-Cx-Ebb-Fb-Fx-A-Ax-B# doens't make a C major scale :)
