I can do 3 to 8 on my classical and actually do seven (high E) to 3 (A string) during a song ...I'm note sure if that guy was serious or not, but if he can do 3-10 i'd like to see a pic =P As to the original question....Either buy a classical or hit you hand with a hammer until it's big and flat (like 'fingers bald head) :D or practice.
Guitarin' isn't a job, so don't make it one.

Just to update everyone, I've got the 3-7 stretch down clean. Now I apparently must amputate my pinky and place it on the 10th fret so I can do a 3-10.

i don't have a web-cam. i have to use a little effort to get the last fret, and i doubt i could do it fast enough to use it in a song, but 3 - 9 is easy, and i can do 3 -7 with my ring finger.
my hands really are small to average, though. luckily, all the major damage i've done to my hands have been to the right one.
