Little Britain, to me, is mindless pap - it's supposed to be a comedy, but breaks the golden rule - IT IS JUST NOT FUNNY!
Michener can be heavy going, but I love the way he weaves fictionaal families in and out of factual situations....once I pick up a book, it's very rare I can put it down till I've finished...
I'm not too keen on Jeeves and Wooster, but that's probably me - I don't like costume dramas - but Fry and Laurie, together or apart, are both talented comedians....and good straight actors, too....
