This is terrific Joseph

One tiny little thing in your chorus you sing :
Have I given it all away ....

Have I thrown it all away ....{ just my opinion }

The mix I thought is very well done and the vocals really suit the style of music ..

well done

Don't forget the little people when you make it to the big time mate

I really enjoyed this alot ..

Cheers

Here is to you as good as you are
And here is to me as bad as I am
As good as you are and as bad as I am
I'm as good as you are as bad as I am

Thank you for the compliment, and the criticism.
I think "Have I thrown it all away" sounds better then what I had, thank you very much.
Once I get rid of this sticking flu, I'll re-record. :D

Jarnush
This is great stuff. Very well done
One thing I noticed is the length. By the second chorus I was ready for you to wrap it up. I would suggest to cut the third verse. It did not give me any info that I needed. Maybe doing it in a V1-Chorus-V2 Chorus-Chorus- Bridge (to end) pattern. I would also like to hear some more volume in your voice at the bridge part. I think that would break it up more and elevate the song to a different level.
Good overall job though. What are you recording with?
Blessings.
Olav

Thank you for your criticism. I also thought It may be too long, and so I will take that into consideration when I record a finished version.

As far as volume in my voice, I am trying by best. The unfortunate part about my studio is it's in my second floor apartment. So I get complaints from the tenant above and below when I play to loud.

And for the equipment I use:
mBox 2 with Protools: $700 CDN or so after tax
Yamaha PSR E303 Keyboard: $200 CDN or so after tax
Shure SM58 Microphone: $150 CDN or so after tax

Not bad at all.
