How do I play this!

I probably need about 50 years to be able to play the solo's but my real question is how would I play rhythem for this... What chords are used?

I used to have a couple of his albums 30 years and have actually forgotten about Roy and how he was an amazing guitar player.

He is doing this as a 12 bar blues in C the chords being C - C7 - F7 - G7
