Hey Shady,
The crackle appears to be on the recording and have something to
do with how the drums are miced.
Something to look out for in the future.

I finally got a chance to sit down and watch this. Great stuff all around. The first group of kids was great! What an inspiration. And the last group's version of 'I am the Walrus' killed!
