Updates about the MP3s

Hey Ja'mir, I'll be uploading your MP3 today some time (sorry about the wait). I haven't had time to get a content management system sorted out yet, since I've been busy with school and other things. I'll see if I can find (or make) something towards the end of next month :)

Oh, and don't worry about the fudge :lol:

i don't know why anyone just don't go over to dmusic.com, you can have your own artis page, upload your mp3's on the spot, (and not have to wait several days for someone else to do it for you) or why you could also try Garageband.com both are totally free sites that you can upload mp3's instantly

I use Adams site as he is really very generous doing this for guitar noise song writers group. I have my own web site, but could never have all my songs there at one time, not enough space, so all of the songs are linked to one site, Adams!!!!!
So Adam's generosity is great, even if we have to wait it is worth it, to have them all in one place.

i understand that, at Dmusic.com you get 85megs of space with your track limit to 12 megs at a time, that's a lot of space, and when you run out all you have to do is start a new 2nd account. plus thousands and thousands of people will hear and can listen to your music and provide you with feedback etc etc etc, i was only trying to help make things easier for you. i mean if your wanting your music to be heard and i mean really get heard then dmusic is the place you wanna be.

both garageband and dmusic look like pay per sites to me. Am I missing something?

you only pay if you want to be a featured artist. i have already downloaded one no problem. i guess I only get featured randomly, but it is true, you get 70 odd megs free,

yeah you do have to pay if you wanna be featured and you get a little publicity, but you can also go into the forums and advertise yourself there. There is a box in music section that shows most recant uploads and like me, many people always check those out unless they are only looking at one genre, but i like to listen to them all, and i'm sure there are many others who do the same. there's alot of things you can do like upload pics from say your band or just you or whatever you wanna do. I'm thinking about paying to have mine on garageband.

Anyway, so after i saw this thread i thought i'd share cause it is a great way to be heard all over the world cause i know on dmusic there is people from alot of different country's i have talked to a few from different places. 8)

Ja'mir, The two songs I listened to sounded sad. Does “2am” have lots of minor chords? You have a nice voice and play that acoustic well! :)

Thanks for the compliment...... yip 2am is in Em, but the lyrics aren't sad, .... my favorite place to start the chords are very simple I just use a lot of 4ths for effect as my playing is actually not that great, it just sounds more effective that way, takes away the monotony.

The chord run is basically Em B7 am G with the odd D thrown in for good luck.
