Strat by a nose 8)

I love the Strat, but I do like the Tele style. I may have to change my vote in the future.
You're missing a lot of different guitars types.
Gibson L-5 gets my vote for production guitars.
For custom stuff, I have to go with a either D'Angelico or D'Aquisto.

Local made Givson guitar of our country which go for 100 $ are currently in my fav list..cauz i know its impossible to get the others...and mide you these play well also
I voted for the Strat based on the artist's I most admire. SRV, EVH, Eric Clapton. Don't know if that makes any sense but thats how I viewed it.
Treat others how you would like to be treated.
evh doesn't play a strat, he plays charvel, les paul through a marshall, there is no substitute
even god loves rock-n-roll
think again. your partially right.
Treat others how you would like to be treated.
I voted Telecaster....although when I went to buy one after seeing Status Quo, I actually bought a Squier Custom Tele, having tried a few Fenders...and I could easily have afforded the Fender at the time....
I really wouldn't swap that Squier Tele for ANYTHING....they'll have to prise it out of my cold dead hands to nail my coffin lid down....
:D :D :D

Amen to that, Vic - me too !!!
Got to go with the Strat.
I got mine new in 1973 and it's still my main electric.
I have an SG that's nice but I always come back to
the Strat.
I love my Gibson les paul, its one of those Classics with the AAA top, it's beauituful looking and sounding. However, been recently looking at SG's and PRS becauase the single cutaway on the les paul is bothering me a little.

you are lucky you have a gibson les paul ...period.
Well I've only played a couple of those, so it's hard to make a choice comparing them.
I play a late sixties SG and a 70's Strat.
My favorite guitar however is my Collings OM1A.
I was wondering when an acoustic would sneak in here. I love this model of larrivee which is not made anymore.
