I've never actually heard John Mayer but have heard many people rave about his performances.
I need his CD's to evaluate.

When I hear of bands that I dont know.. I go to Amazon.com and click music, search for the band and almost always it will let you listen to samples.
John M is terrific. A very technical player I think.

There is only one manontheside! well, here at least :)
This is a good song, but unfortunately for me, the chords used (though not necessarily in the same key) sound (to me, of course) exactly like Jason Mraz' Plane. Me being a die-hard Jason Mraz fan at least hear the similarity at once. But that put aside, both playing and singing are top notch, I love it!
