I have to admit that it took me a couple of reads to to understand the subtlety of this song. I think that we a talking about some politican whos basically a coward and a bully. If so in the context of a song I wonder if the message might be too obscure.
Do you have a idea of what style of music you would put this to ?

I changed the chorus. Also, pay attention to the capitalized words that's out of place.
