Just get a scowl on your face....pinch your eyes tight like you are in pain.....don't drink water before you hit the record button......get a growlish-whisper in your voice.....lean in close to the mic to distort the signal....channel in some metal singers into your memory bank......Presto! :mrgreen: LOL :lol:

No....it's just little ol' me....Thanks for the positive feedback :D I hadn't really thought of it.....just getting into character....but now you got me thinking how "getting into character" can affect one's voice......Thanks again. :wink:
Used to be (and still might, depending on the artist) that singers would use different voices for different characters in songs. Ray Davies of the Kinks and David Bowie were exceptionally good at it. And so, I might add, is our very own Nick Torres. You're in a good crowd!
