I love it! The melody is masterful, and it fits perfectly with the lyrics. I especially like the end of the chorus: 'Cause truth be told, if times were good

Glad you liked it. I had fun sort of wandering out of my genre. Not that I really know what my genre is yet. I just don't envision myself going country/folk in the forseeable future.
I'm mighty proud of that melody as well.
