and you have captured that sound well.

If you want to push it a little further maybe you could
give it more reggae beat "If you know what I mean Mon" 8)

You know Trev these lyrics aren't bad at all. A bit sparse maybe but not bad. When I heard the music what I got was not so much sitting on an island paradise but more just the sea and the waves coming in, crashing on the shore and going out again. I think you could take that metaphor and apply it to these lyrics, and draw the parallel between the wave never giving up, regrouping and trying again, and your quest with the guitar. Just my thoughts

OK OK ,

I will admit I do listen to Paul alot thats because of all the help he has given me over the past year or so , if only you guys have seen the emails that have been sent back and forth . All with the same sort thing in them Paul helping me do this or do that , strumming ect .

But on this occassion what he said about useing a metaphor made sense to me , I actually had some lines written months ago for another song I was working on called " Sandy Isle " I was waiting for Bob to use a tropical island theme ..Ohh well

I don't know if the chords I have been playing around are allowed CAPPO 2nd fret ..
Same strumming as you heard previously , I can't get lyrics to fit that little tune so I changed the whole song ...
