I've lost count of the times I've woken up with a half-remembered tune or a snatch of lyric going through my head, and couldn't concentrate on anything else until I found out what it was - you've caught that perfectly!!!
Nice take on the assignment....though when it comes to doing the music, I hope you'll go for catchy or memorable rather than annoying!

Yes mate very ... I se you found away to hide your singing ,,,, Play the music much louder then the singing ....( joke)
You might want to listen to this again feel you lost your timming in your song with your playing , towards the the last verse and after
Don't let this put you off from recording mate ..
