hey... another week of loose ends. today I finally got some of them together.. I guess I'll show you the two most readable pieces.
quotations: "downhill"- random thing, in "I Am Sam" sam(sean penn) said "Your eyes are older" when he visited his little
daughter
"calculate the sun's heat"- I thought Tiger Lou sang "is this how it feels to be mental" in the song "Nixon" but I
was mistaken, "rising to the occasion" is a Bright Eyes quote from "Nothing gets
crossed out"
there are pieces I've written this week that have more decent quotes in them but they're not finished yet(as if the following two were...).
so here goes:

I love "Downhill" - I get a kind of surreal, dreamy Dali-esque feeling from it...I wouldn't like to be the one who tried to put music to it though, I wouldn't know where to start!!!
"Calaculate" on the other hand seems unfinished - just a vague snatch of a part-song.....
Previously, there have been occasions where you've written two songs and they've almost flowed into each other, but I don't think you could do that here...
So my advice, keep "Downhill" and finish "Calculate"....

need finishing.
