Hey Wes,
Don't kick yourself so hard yet, until you hear my story.
I saw B.B. King about 22(3)? years ago. He played at a place called The Commodore in Vancouver. Famous for it's bouncing dance floor. Anyway, I remember the start of the evening which was great, until I got so drunk that I tried climbing up on stage to shake B.B.'s hand at the end of the set. Needless to say (my friend told me later), that a huge bouncer came and quickly threw me off stage. I still don't remember anything of that night after the fourth or fifth song.
What a burnout I was then.
Wes,
Just found out B.B. is playing in Albany NY on Jan. 28

I know it's a bit of a trip from Torrington but though you
might be interested. This should be a great show, he is
playing with Ernie Williams an Albany Bluesman in the
same age range as B.B. who still rocks.
By the way I saw Led Zepplin in 73 also and must say
Bonham was most inpressive. The Song Remains the Same
shows were shot in NYC at Madison Square Garden over 3
nights. I was at show 2. Seen the movie several times but
didn't make into any of the crowd shots.
