Hi brothertupelo,

And welcome.

In the title, "Pentameter Perameter" I'm thinking you meant either perimiter or parameter. There are two things I'm not sure about after reading this:

1. How does it address this week's assignment?
2. What are you trying to say.

you're right. i meant parameter. i was in a rush... i probably posted this in the wrong place. i just wanted whatever feedback i'd get on it. i'm new here. as for what it's about... well, it's mostly about a certain dead musician and a guitar, as far as i can tell.

Hi brother tupelo
I love the easy feel and rhythm of this song
I bet its a joy to sing but I must confess I haven't a clue who or what it is about.
I'd love to hear your interpretation

i haven't put it to music. i just wrote it in a rush and posted it before going to class. rhythms are easier to write than speak for me right now.
i'd love to hear your interpretation, too... you go first.

Yeah. I think if you posted it in the "Songwriter's club" forum you'd get more feedback. A lot fo the folks on this one frequent that one as well.
